Laine began modestly in 1958, producing goose neck rockers with three part-time employees and its owner C.E. Roseman, Sr. Since that time, C.R. Laine has grown into a full service upholstered furniture manufacturer producing the best in classic “eight-way hand tied” products. As President and Chief Executive Officer, C.E. Roseman, Jr. has continued the legacy of a successful family owned and managed business. Third generation family members actively participate in company ventures. Warren Frye serves as Chief Operations Officer, Smith Sharpe directs Sales and Marketing efforts, and Brian Roseman is involved as a manufacturing manager.
Our manufacturing facilities and corporate offices are conveniently located near Interstate 40 in Hickory, North Carolina. Since the construction of the first building in the early 1960’s, multiple expansions have occurred with the most recent being completed in 1998. Our showroom is located in High Point in the International Home Furnishings Center, G-477.
