Our Name Says It All In 1962, two men turned their chair expertise into a yet unknown empire. In a small rented building the two covered all aspects of the business for quite some time. Over forty years later, Best Chairs has surpassed all expectations and is now growing to become one of the largest furniture manufacturers in the world. Family owned and operated, our facilities cover over 1,100,000 square feet in five locations with over 950 employees.

Best Chairs currently operates in over 1,100,000 square feet of air conditioned, technologically advanced facilities in Jasper, Paoli, Cannelton and Ferdinand, Indiana. Best's 950 employees claim the title of number one swivel rocker manufacturer in the world and the leading producer of glide rockers in the United States. Recliners, accent chairs, home office, benches, ottomans, fainting sofas, sleepers, motion groups and a juvenile category called Storytime Series round out Best Chairs' product line. Expansion has seemed to be an annual project for Best Chairs, and this year is no exception. In the fall of 2003, Best Chairs will begin production on its stationary sofa line, making its grand introduction in the spring of 2004.
